Do we need a server or any special computers?
No. Charter Console runs entirely in the cloud. If a device has a modern web browser and an internet connection, it can run Charter Console: office PCs, Macs, iPads and phones.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. The office screens work on a phone for when you are out of the depot, and drivers and the workshop each have their own phone app that installs straight from the browser. Pre-trip checks keep working without signal and send when the phone reconnects.
How do our website enquiries get in?
We connect the quote forms on your websites so every enquiry is sent to Charter Console, with spam checks, and still emailed to you as a backup. It works across several websites and brands at once.
Can we try it without giving up our current system?

Where is our data kept, and is it backed up?
Your data is stored on Cloudflare’s global cloud platform with automatic backups. Each operator’s data is kept separate, staff sign in with secure email links, roles control who can see what, and every change is logged.
